This week in pre-K we are talking about our feelings. Feelings are real and we all have them. Emotions range from happy to sad and everything in between. Helping young children learn how to identify, understand, and handle their feelings offers then tools they will use throughout their lives. This week, our children will explore their emotions and learn some techniques for handling them.
Today we introduced new vocabulary: emotions and proud.
In our writers corner we encouraged the children to draw a face that shows how they are feeling.
